Bruce Bain was an entrepreneur at the age of 15. He managed a bar and restaurant owned by his grandfather Oliver Bain. The business operates on 6.8 acres of beachfront property in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Mr. Bain’s multi-million dollar empire was in part inherited and earned through his hard work, wisdom and gifting in doing business. In 1979, he bought a woman’s clothing store on Bay street, Nassau, Bahamas and took his mother from working at the Nassau Beach Hotel for $150 per week to retail store ownership. Within one year the second store, Paulette’s Boutique number 2 was opened. Mr. Bain was one of two Bahamians that that introduced Clarke shoes in the Bahamas. G.R Sweeting was the other retailer. Paulette’s Boutique 1 and 2 were opened from 1979-2014.
This entrepreneur is also passionate about property development and owns acres of Prime property in the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands. Mr. Bain’s multi- million dollar property investment portfolio ranges from urban communities, canal and prime beachfront properties.
The management of his properties and business investments and also his maritime business, are a reflection of Mr. Bain strong administrative skills. He owns 3 Cargo boats that import goods between Haiti, Miami, Santo Domingo, Turks & Caicos and the Bahamas.
He has recently diversified his investments in Resort development and media.
